I am looking for a man who is interesting and has a full life. A man who is quite comfortable to go off to the golf course or Canadian Tire Store on his own, and then meet me later in the day would suit me to a tee. A man who likes to read the newspaper and discuss current affairs a bit, or read a book and tell me about it, or has a hobby to describe to me would fit in with my life because I have many interests I wish to pursue. I would like to share my life with the right man, I also love wild college parties, and I'm looking for someone who also has a life to share with me.

I am the kind of person who is easy to talk to and fun to be with. I have a sense of humour that people (including my grandchildren!) seem to like and I enjoy being happy. Concerts of all sorts, even a ceilidh in someone's kitchen, really raise my temperature, in a positive sense! If dinner is part of the evening, so much the better--time for conversation and getting to know each other. Since I retired and moved a year ago, I have been renovating my house, expanding my garden, and exploring the neighbourhood. I like books and movies that tell a story. In real life, I am always happy to meet interesting people. A walk in the park, a canoe ride, a bike tour are simple pleasures I enjoy, but they would be more fun with a partner.
